I am unable to set up self serve and need to speak to a live agent.  I would like to pay my bill, and unable to do so.  Is anybody out there?

no, I need help with purchasing a Samsung s10 n getting a koodo plan started as soon as possible

You can order a phone and plan online, you don't need a rep for that. If you have questions, could you start a new thread please?
