Need help to figure out Backup phone problems

Hello, my phone just died on me today, and my friend lent me her old backup which is an old koodo LG keybo. I tried to change my phone online to this today and online it says it is successful, however the phone will not connect when I call *28803 to finalize. Can anyone help?

First reset your Keybo to default settings to take out your friend info Press Menu >Select Settings >Select Phone Settings >Select Security >Enter Lock Code (default = last 4 digits of MIN) >Select Reset Defaults >Press OK to confirm Select Revert if not working Call 1-866-995-6636 X6 from wired line to do a manual programming with Koodo rep.
