Need help fast!


Help! I am going to the states next week and added the combo US add-on. However I just noticed I added it to the wrong phone (I have 2 phones on the same account). Anyone know how to swtich it?

Log into your Self Serve and go to "Plans and Add-ons." Within that go to "Change Your Add-ons." Remove the feature from one line and do the same process to add it to the other line. If that doesn't work, call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 option 5 and explain the situation. The agent will be able to do the change for free.
but since it's a one time charge, isn't it too late to change it? I don't want to pay for the add on twice... thank u for your reply.
