my self serve does not work!!!!!


why i can not see my ebill in selfserve? i registered on that but the only things that i could see is my profile changing options!!! I can not see any number neither ebill?!!

Hi Mahroo, you might have encountered the "you're not the owner of the self service account" bug 🙂 All you need to do is call Koodo (*611, free) and ask them to change your account so that you are the owner 🙂 It happens quite regularly, but can be rectified quite easily too thankfully!
