My phone is a S5 Neo and it says my password is entered incorrect but it is not, I have not forgotten my password. How do I fix this?


My New S5 Neo from Kudoo won't let me use my phone, it says I am entering an incorrect password, but I have not changed or forgotten my password.

Are you setting up your phone or password for the lock screen said incorrect?
No, it was set up a few days ago and was fine. It was ok  last night but this morning I couldn't use it.

Did you try re-start your phone?  Turn your phone off and wait for a little while and turn it on again?
I'm trying that now
