My bill display is not updating. Why isn't it?


My bill period display on the main billing page of Self-Serve is stuck at the period I started on Koodo. This makes it harder than it should be to see when my bill is due.

Have you tried clearing your history, cookies, etc? If that doesn't work try another browser and see if that helps.

Yeah, and I’ve tried safari, Firefox, edge, and Chrome.

How recent a customer are you?
I started in October. That’s where it’s stuck, October to November.
