Yesterday, November 20. I set up a new account with Koodoo. Today I went in to a store to get a new phone. After not passing a credit check, I panicked and suspected credit fraud.
I’ve come to find out that the Koodoo Rep from yesterday entered my address wrong, so they were preforming a credit check on the wrong person. I go to change my address and “Success!” comes up. Only to find out that the address will not change no matter what.
It seems pretty bizarre that I have to wait 2 days for a callback when I’m going back to work very soon. Is there anything else I can do?
