I have a Koodo prepaid sim card which was activated about 1 month ago and I need to move my old Public Mobile number to this Koodo account, but when I put my PM number on the Change Number page, and click to Check Eligibility, it comes with the message:
"We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact 1-866-99-Koodo for additional assistance."
The curious thing is that if I put any other number, like my husband's Virgin Mobile number, it doesn't happen and I could go on with the porting process! Any idea to help me with the case?
P.S.: My Public Mobile account is active and has positive balance.
