I don't like talking to people, I prefer texting or dropping an occasional email. It's not that I'm not a people person, just prefer to occupy my time with other things. The other day I removed myself from pre-authorized payment and had to call in to get it removed. I was surprised that I couldn't do this in my self serve account. I can edit details in there or change payment method but couldn't delete the payment method. I get it, you want me to call in and have the rep change my mind. I'm a big boy and decided that since I don't like the fact that you're taking my money before the due date, I'm responsible enough to make this payment on online banking. I'm being responsible paying for my services and shouldn't have to call in, listen to mind numbing music while I wait to get this removed by a rep. You let me sign up for it in the self service account but won't let me undo it. Come on Koodo, you're the cool guys on the block!!
