Mobile data is shut off

Hello, 

I have a data shut off. where can I turn it on? on phone itself or in my account self serve?

What do you mean " data shut off"?

If you have a "data block" add-on, then you should be able to remove it through self serve.

If you reached your data  limit and it paused. Koodo must sent you a text to let you know why it's paused. And give you options to purchase extra data too.

And if you just have the toggle for mobile data turned off you can turn it on in your settings on your phone. Generally speaking its undersettings, connections, mobile data.
