LTE not working after changing my deal


I didnt have any lte on my phone because I had the smalest balance (i didnt have data). But I changed my balance january 3rd and when i activate my lte, I have no internet. What do i have To do, I Guess with my SIM card...? No instructions when changing my service 🙄. Thanks!

Make sure you are using Koodo’s APN peripherals in your settings menu.

hi,
Which plan did you change to? and are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

Can you make call and text? if you don't have data in your plan, do you need LTE?

Unless you have VoLTE, calls and texts are only available in 3G and data is only on LTE
