lost phone

I have lost my phone and i was wondering if I can order a replacement phone

Hi there Shelley... You can certainly upgrade your existing line... You can do this online, just log into your Self Serve account, and once you are logged in, go and choose the phone you would like and add it to the CART (this will be using your existing TAB)... then check out, follow the instructions and that's it... You will need a valid Credit Card to do this online...

First, I think you should suspend your phone before someone to use it at your expense. And you can purchase a new phone at Koodo kiosk, Retail partners or online..
