This error message is occurring whenever I try to access the login page for Self Serve. It occurs for multiple browsers and devices, even after deleting cookies.
I see a post from 3 months ago about this error, but nothing recent.

I am also getting this issue. I am guessing it is an issue with their servers since I have tried with different devices and on celldata vs wifi.

I guess the server is down? Hopefully it will be back up tomorrow but no one from Koodo is on here so we won’t know until it’s fixed, right?
