Login email issue


For my ‘last’ old koodo service bill, I tried logging into self-serve, under my account koodo mobile, I punched in my own email of course, then I tried punching in my old password, nothing worked. I tried 100 possible combinations , not working? My password is always associated with my email, like cow=milk. So I gave up, I clicked on the “forgot my password” button, confirm email twice, it said it won’t recognize my own email?  I cannot login to pay this old bill at all.  Anyone with the same issue? Please help,

It may take up to 24 hours for the password reset email to appear in your inbox. If you are still having issues, schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message to a Koodo rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/forgot-your-password
