login attempt does not recognize password or security question answer


there is no way security question answer can be in error. to much time is wasted on line trying to view my bill. I have other things to do

I have changed your praise into a question, Richard, because I would imagine you'd want us to troubleshoot. I suggest you call Koodo (*611) and have them sort your login, they have nothing else to do but be there for you 😃
