Locked out of my Self Serve account

I was "locked out" after putting my actual password in multiple times. I don't really understand why this happened? I know they lock out to help security and all, but this was 100% my password.

What's your device? You might need to do a Factory Reset, unfortiunately. It doesn't work on all versions of Android, however, it might be worth paying to try (if you want to avoid doing a Factory Reset)--> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.thomascannon.screenlockbypass.pro

Oh from Self Serve's login? Try resetting it if you're able to ... which since you're locked out you probably won't ... but for for next time.

I've been doing so, and it's saying I'm locked out entirely.

You'll need to call Koodo, unfortunately. For next time after it tells you 2 or 3 times, I'd recommend resetting it before it locks you out.

Just because you think you entered the password correctly, doesn't mean you did. You will need to call Koodo to get it unlocked.

It happens to me too. When I log in to a site that I haven't visited in a while, I always presume it is the password I always use (I know it is not secure, blah blah blah, but it's so I don't go insane trying to remember a unique password for everything but the kitchen sink). Even if you're absolutely positive you have the right password, it's almost certainly not the case and you just misremember the password you used (especially if the site imposes certain password rules like length and number of letters, numbers, and punctuations). So don't worry... it's not some evil Koodo conspiracy to mess with you. They don't go around randomly changing password for funsies.
