You're a community veteran by now... so... I feel almost embarrassed to ask, heh. Did you try Ctrl-F5?

I can't check if ours works, because I don't think the WHP has that menu (or I just haven't searched hard enough, which is not at all unlikely either)

Gotcha, you werent very descriptive and I didnt have a second account to test it out with. I'll take your word for it.

I know you'll probably mention that koodo is a self serve brand and should fix it but you and I both know the answer is, that's the old self serve that is mostly now not supported, the feature is not currently available in the "new" self serve, and you'll have to contact customer service to do this if you wish.

Good flag though regardless. They should (and I know are almost done/working on) completely getting rid of access to the old SS.

I wasted ~20 minutes on the phone just to add the Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance add-on when it should take seconds. Not wasting more time on this.
