koodo self serve

I have tried to set up a self serve account ,  and it keeps telling  me it cannot complete  my account,  even though  I put all l thright  info  they  asked  for in there,  and the digital rep is not much help, have to follow their questions?!

Did you receive an email that provides you with the self serve account instructions?. Setting your self serve account prematurely will fail and require a reset by a koodo rep

You don’t need to create an account to activate.  The SIM should arrive pre-activated with an email confirmation sent to your email regarding your self serve.  If you created your self serve prior to all this then wait for your SIM to arrive first and make sure it works first.  Then go to Koodo assist and say you have trouble with your self serve.  Then say it is your first time logging in and it will complete a soft reset on your self serve.
