Koodo App Hangs with BB10

The app virtually hangs and will not do anything when trying to use it with wifi with my BB Z10. My wifi works fine with everything else. If I disable my wifi, the Koodo app then works. Koodo, please fix this. You want us to use Self Serve, but then don't provide a Self Serve interface that works!

I haven't noticed that problem on my Z10, but this issue has been raised a number of times for the iOS version.
This has been the case for a month, since I got my Z10.

Delete the app and re install it, I've not experienced this issue either on my Z10.
i mentioned this in a similar post, the reinstalling the app was suggested and failed to help, was told to have patience while koodo works to make the app more reliable. Keep in mind you can always just sign in on the mobile cite or on a computer as well, which in other threads seem to be more reliable for the usage stats at times as well.
I deleted, reinstalled, and the response time was great this morning. Thanks for the help.

Glad to hear it helped. Since You can't star my answer I'll star yours and maybe others with the issue will find the answer. Thanks for letting us know it worked, it really helps what is being done here 🙂

I haven't had any problems with the Koodo Self Serve app, but I've said it before and I'll say it again, give us a Native BB10 App Koodo, we don't want Androids leftovers (or I don't at least).
Same problem again! Only this time it doesn't matter if I use wi-fi or LTE; every page takes literally 3-4 minutes to arrive (because the app just hangs). This is the worst APP EVER! Kodoo, it can't be that difficult! "we have the technology, we just don't have anyone smart enough to program it".

I just tried the app and no issues whatsoever, again. Both on my Z10 and HTC One. In my experience, the Z10 app is, if anything, more stable than the Android /iOS counterpart.

I don't know how that can be as a Z10 is a Z10; how can they be different?

Philosoraptor is the BlackBerry SS App not just an Android port? How does it run better than on Android?
