Koodo Account still not working.


Koodo did maintenance a week or two ago and I still can't log into my account. I don't know why I can't access my account but I'm starting to get quite frustrated. Is anyone having issues too?

There are no known issues with the site at the moment. Try to clear the history, cookies, cache from the browser, restart the browser and try to log in. What browser are you currently using to try to get into your account?

Aside from what Tyler has said, the website is best viewed on Internet Explorer 8 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox 3 and above. Make sure JavaScript and your cookies are enabled as well.
