Just activated my Prepaid SIM and can't access Self Serve


I activated my prepaid SIM online yesterday, but now it won't let me login into serf serve. When I try to go through the forgot password link, I get this message when I enter my email address: ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled

It sounds like you tried to, unsussesfully, log in multiple times and now your self serve may have been suspended. You probably have to call koodo to reset it.
