I cannot get any plans to load on my third line. I have tried on my phone, on my desktop nothing will work. I can get more data for the same price and this has been like this for over a month and I’ve tried several times to change it. I cannot get through to customer service nor do I want to pay a fee for a plan change by a rep as I would like to change it myself but it does not work. I has worked for my other 2 lines.

Well if it clearly isn't working you won't get charged by seeking assistance from a Rep. The thing has to work and you still want a Rep to do it in order to get charged. Send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out or request a callback
