Issues creating a self-serve account

I tired to create a self-serve account in order to pay my phone bill via my debit card each month, however when I try to register it, the robot-chat keeps telling me that the postal code doesn’t match my phone number - no matter how I put it in. I have checked and it is the correct postal code and phone number registered on my account. Please help!
