Is Mobile Services in Self Serve just down?

I’ve been trying for the last couple of days to look at what other rate plans are available to me, but once I click on “Change my plan,” nothing comes up. Both on my phone and on my computer. It just seems to not load anything.

In that case send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to have a ticket opened and have some troubleshooting done. In the meanwhile you can see if clearing browser cache and seeing if any other devices and browser will work before soi
