IS there further activating an Iphone 4 after going through the self serve phone switching process? i had to buy a micro sim card as iphones only take that and i typed in the number on the new mirco sim card to the website when it asked me and ever since then the iphone has had service however its off and on wwith a weak signal.. im not sure if this is normal cuz its a phone transfer or is there other numbers i have to input somewhere to swap completely

Hey Geoff! I think you did all that was required! I suggest that you give our tech support a call. Please dial 1-866-995-6636 (option #5) from a landline in order to have your phone available for a complete troubleshooting. I hope this helps!
