I guess you are talking about your Self Service account? When you activated the account and you provided an e-mail address, a message was sent to you within 24 hrs of the activation, look for that e-mail to complete the registration... If you don't have it, you will have to call Customer Service to get an e-mail sent to you to complete your Registration.
