Information Entered does not match with the account info


I'm trying to register in the Self Service. I go with my correct data and the message "Information Entered does not match with the account info." What should I do? thank you

Ooh looks like an account might already have been registered, Fernando. The quickest way to solve this is to call Koodo (*611), they'll get you set up with a proper account in no time 🙂
