Information does not match when registering for Self Serve, have not received an email with a pin or verification either?


I bought a new phone from koodo the other day and transferred over a number under my moms name over to my own tab, and the sales rep said i should receive an email from koodo that day, i have not received said email and self serve is telling me my information does not match when i put in my name, account number, postal code and cellphone number.what should i do? call time is an hour wait

okay, i will try that. i have also sent an email asking about it too. This is my first time getting  a phone on my own  too haha so i just want it all working 😃

yeah, there is no email from koodo in my junk folder
