I just got my sim card in the mail, I am bringing my own phone from rogers. I went to change my phone number and it says I have to wait 14 days until I can change and activate everything. I am very confused. So does this mean I have to wait 14 days to put in the new sim too?
Kudo assistant doesn’t tell me when My billing period ends. Or tell me what number to phone to get an agent. I’d like to unpause mobile data but don’t know what time today it switches over to the new month? Any ideas? And which clock do they use. Pacific time, I hope. Thanks Brian

I have been trying to update my billing address using the Self Serve option. I was trying to upgrade my phone and it wouldn't take it. So I went in through my profile and tried again still wont change. It doesn't give me an error message or anything it just goes back to my old billing address.
