View originalI was a customer many years ago and now coming back. Just don’t know can’t receive the link. I can get verification code via email while going through registration process.
While waiting for a rep, you can also try to reset the account with their Koodo assist www.Koodo.com/chat and type “I would like to reset selfserve account. Hopefully that would work. Otherwise, you would have to wait for a rep as Mayumi already flagged.
