incomplete registration

It’s saying my email is already linked to a profile. To continue I need to follow a registration link sending to my email. But I’m not receiving any email. Please help. Thanks!

Ard you a new customer? Or you have or had an account with Koodo?

I was a customer many years ago and now coming back. Just don’t know can’t receive the link. I can get verification code via email while going through registration process.

While waiting for a rep, you can also try to reset the account with their Koodo assist www.Koodo.com/chat and type “I would like to reset selfserve account. Hopefully that would work. Otherwise, you would have to wait for a rep as Mayumi already flagged.
