IMEI generic error

Receiving a 'generic error' when trying to change devices. Prepaid account. Koodo phone is damaged, using unlocked device. Entering IMEI and "change" results in 'Generic Error'

What's the phone you're using?
Thanks for your response. It turns out that despite the error message my account is now (as of 5 minutes ago) working with the non-Koodo phone. it's an LG GW620R. Thanks again!
