I want a new account but my number is invalid?


I am trying to register a new account but it can't find my account and it is telling me my number is invalid and I don't know my password and email I used. I want a new account.

Give Koodo a call when they open and they can reset your self serve login and can look into why your number is showing up as invalid 1-866-995-6636 Hours of Operation Monday – Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
