I never recieved a validation email and I want to set up self serve


Hi 2 weeks ago i got set up for the first time with KOODO and was told i would recieve an email within 24hr to set up my account/self serve? i have yet to recieve this email. help!?

Hi there Kirstin... So I guess you will never receive it... Call Customer Service, they will double check the e-mail address provided on the system and they will send you the e-mail to complete your registration... You will receive two, follow the instructions on the one that says Complete your Self Serve registration... Enjoy...

Definitely agree with Camilo. There are some bugs with Self Serve and if the initial sign up doesn't work the way it should, then you cannot really "fix" it yourself. I had to call Customer Service the first time as well and they reset the account for me and helped me set it up. 🙂
