I need to talk to a real person

I put the wrong email in when I registered, I tried to register with right email and it says i have to wait for the other email to verify.  How long does Koodo wait if a email is not verified????

The chat assist is completely useless  i am beyond frustrated. 

Especially since I had a call from Koodo last week working from home.

I am not sure with the “re-register to a different email”. Have you received an activation email from Koodo yet? Was you Koodo sim card working normally? Are you a new Koodo customer?

Yeah registering twice is gonna mess up your self serve account.

I recommend sending Koodo a private message via facebook or twitter and a rep can go and fix your self serve
