I'm trying to log in but it says my account has been linked to another email.


I had a prepaid account with Koodo and recently changed to a monthly one. At the kiosque when I switched plans I had the same issue as now but, I after trying a few times I was able to login. Now is blocking me again and I can't access my monthly account.

Contact Koodo directly so they can reset your account. Easiest by PM from their Facebook page or by DM from their Twitter page.
