i lost my phone and bought a new sim then activated online. i put the new sim into three kinds of unlock phones non of them work. why?

You need to call Koodo to find out why your SIM first activation didn't go through, or try it on a Koodo genuine handset. You should be sûre that your account is not In a suspended account status

Koodo uses 3G HSPA+ 850/1900 4G LTE 1700/2100 Does your unlocked phone work on these frequencies. If it is an iphone, you might need to update via itunes first
