I have registered 2 pre-paid phones under the same e-mail, but can only see one when I log into Self Serve. How to I check the 2nd account.

You can't use the same email on two different Accounts. It makes the server go crazy lol. I would recommend going into the one that u can log into and change the email. Than u should be able to log in to the other one once that is done.

Melissa is right. Thats because each prepaid line is its own account. Its not like the postpaid plans where you can have multiple lines under one account.

If you're using gmail, assign the second line an alias that way you'll still get alerts through your normal email An alias is Yourgmail+prepaidline2@gmail.com
