I changed my phone number via self serve.


The new number is from chatr. The chatr sim has stopped working so I assume the port has at least begun. But my koodo sim won't register on the network at all! I get an error message saying my sim can't connect to this network. Please help. It has been 4 hours since my chatr sim has been deactivated.

Ports can be finicky sometimes. First I would try turning off your phone, removing/reinserting the SIM card for about 10 seconds or so, and reboot the phone. Then a follow up call to customer service to ensure the port went through correctly.
