I cant log in because I created a selfserve account before the activation email arrived.

How do I get my account reset so I can Finnish setting up my new phone

Youll need to contact Koodo through a private message on FB or wait until n employee sees this and resets it for you

Hello! Sometimes if the current email address was already linked to another Telus/Koodo account, you are not allowed to use it in another newly created Koodo account, for security purposes. Could you retry to setup the Self Serve with another valid email address, or schedule a call back, so you can be properly authenticated, as a new customer, over the phone? Without the Self Serve correctly set up, the Social Media agents won't be allowed to get access into your Koodo account. 🙂
