I Cannot log into Self Serve


OVER THREE HOURS LATER AND THE SELF SERVE STILL WON'T LET ME LOG INTO IT ????

Hi Keith, It seems like this issue can be from the other question you posted (http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/piss-poor-costumer-service). Please use the email address you provided to Koodo to sign in. If you do not remember your login credentials, contact Koodo by dialling *611 from your mobile device and they can help you reset your account. Hope this helps!
