i can't login to my account


i can't login to my account, says user don't exist,i need to loging to add add-on plans

We also cannot access your account so you'd be best off if you called customer service. 611 from your Koodo mobile or:

i'm currently not in Canada already, hence i need the roaming. i switched from prepaid plans to monthly for this capability and it's still not working and i can't even login to my account now!

ok the account can be accessed now. I've tried calling and it's always closed. i've checked that the international add on is checked yet it says no service on my phone still
