I can't log in

I tried to log in several times to pay the last bill, but it didn't work. I don't know the account number and I can't pay the bill.  Help

Can you give more details with what didn't work? Were you able to login to your self-serve account? Did it not get to the payment page? Did it just not accept your payment option? You can see your account number in your self-serve. You can also pay via 611

Your self serve is only good for 90 days after you canceled.

Do you have a copy of your bill or customer service agreement saved to your computer or printed out? If so, you can retrieve your account number.
