I can't get into "my profile" on self serve

When I log into self serve I can get into my billing page but not “my profile” or “usage”. I just get a white page with a blank blue box. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies.

 If you are behind on your payments, your self serve account will only have the billing section accessible.

Did you sign into a “closed/cancelled” account? I would check if the email/account is correct.
