my credit card is about to expire, and I want to update my pre authorized with my new credit card. when I attempt to do so in self serve > billing, I'm getting this error: System Error Sorry, you are not authorized to access this information. I am the owner of this account, had pre authorized set up before but cannot update my card number. please advise.

If it is not working on self serve, you will need to contact Koodo. You can cell them or send them a private message on facebook or twitter.
Just make sure to tell them you are getting an error on self serve when you attempt to do this yourself
