I can't change my billing address.

I am trying to buy a phone but I can’t change my address. I’ve tried two different devices and three different browsers. The same error appears.

@JamesNolan Do you encounter the same issue if you are using your phone instead of laptop/desktop computer?

Yes.

I tried Edge browser and I managed to change my address. Then I logged out and continued in Chrome. 

Needless to say…

@JamesNolan Thanks for your patience….we did indeed find a ‘glitch in the matrix’ that affects a small group of users under certain conditions. We are working on fixing it. Really appreciate the details you shared in your post!

UPDATE: Our guardian angel, Simran, has found the root cause and fixed the issue. Can you pls try now and see if it works a smoothly as expected.
