i am trying to log in to self serve and it wont accept my email ;did security question and it is the correct one and sill not accepted

Hi Connie, 

Try resetting your password for self serve. If it does not work, try deleting your browser's cache and cookies. If it still does not work, try using a different web browser. 

If it is still not working, then contact Koodo using *611 for assistance in solving your Self Serve issues.
