I am trying to download my bill on the self -serve site but its not working.


When i am in self-serve i can see my billing summary, but when i click 'download bill' the screen flashing but nothing happens.  i had this working in the past so its not an administrator prohibiting this.  I can download 'archived' bills but not the 'current' bill.

Have you tried a different device or browser?

When was your current ebill made available?
If it was very recent, maybe try again in a couple of days.

The ebill for some reason is taking awhile to download for me. It took about 15 seconds to bring up and if you have a slow internet connection this could take even longer.
