I am on authorized monthly payment so please pay my bill

I am enrolled with KOODO pre-authorized payments from my chequing account so please take the payments from my account,.. I just looked and I am registered with KOODO for authorized payments from my bank account.

If you just recently registered it, it can take one full billing cycle to take effect

Hi Gene, Did you set this up recently? It takes one full billing cycle in order for the pre-authorized payment to be activated. You will need to pay your first bill manually. When you receive your next bill, this will automatically be debited from your account. Hope this helps! Peter
