How to switch to new plan via self-serve?

I am interested in Koodo's new plans that has just released today, however, when I am trying to use "change my plan" in the self-serve section, I only have choices of older BYOB plans. Are the new plans (ex. $45 unlimited minutes/1gb) new customers only?

Their website is having some growing pains. If you do not have a Tab then you are able to switch to one of the new plans. You may have to call customer service until their website has been fixed
