The problem is when I log in to Self serve , it doesn't allow me to my account . It says that i have to let some other email person to know first assuming there is another email . How do i remove the other email , so that i can log in to my self serve ?

Are you brand new or have you been with Koodo for a while? You'll need to regardless send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it reset so you can use your email or get the old one of used previously in an old account fully shut down.
